In this update, we are taking a closer look at numbers from September of 2023 in comparison to September of 2024. We also take a look at what’s happening in Morgan County along with the Ogden Valley!
As Thanksgiving and Christmas approach, many homebuyers are putting their searches on hold. What does this mean? Typically, it results in homes staying on the market longer due to decreased demand. Sellers may either choose to wait until spring to sell or lower their prices to close deals before the year ends. While others may be hesitant, this could be a great time for buyers to take action and secure a home before 2024.
