The real estate market in Utah has continued to stay pretty flat, meaning we haven’t seen any big fluctuations in numbers. There was a small drop in interest rates, and, according to lenders, more mortgage applications have been coming in. Over the last 12 months, days on market have consistently gone up but, if we see more of a drop in interest rates homes will likely spend less time on the market. Inventory of homes for sale has dropped, but this could also be due to the time of year. Stay tuned for our next market update where we will go over numbers for this month!
